By accessing the bajilav website, creating a player account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or using any game, feature, promotion, or service available on the bajilav platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. bajilav is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any game or service on bajilav. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. bajilav takes its age restriction obligations seriously and enforces them through identity verification procedures.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that you are accessing bajilav voluntarily, that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are not acting on behalf of another person. You further confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) who is prohibited from using gaming platforms under applicable law or internal compliance policy.

bajilav reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section. Where age verification reveals that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, all deposits and winnings associated with that account will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming standards, and access to the account will be permanently revoked.

Players who are subject to a self-exclusion agreement — either through bajilav's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party exclusion programme — are not eligible to register a new account or use the platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion agreement by registering under a different identity is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of bajilav services, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bajilav. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity or under a different name or contact detail by the same individual — are prohibited. bajilav employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Upon detection, duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances or pending bonuses may be voided.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bajilav will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Two-factor authentication: bajilav strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account via your registered Bangladesh mobile number to protect against unauthorised access.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify bajilav support immediately at support@bajilav if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, and responsible gaming obligations will be processed before final closure is confirmed.

bajilav reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if the account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law. Account suspensions pending investigation will be communicated to the registered email address on file.

All financial transactions on bajilav are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajilav supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. bajilav does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits originating from a payment account that does not match the registered account holder's identity will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bajilav reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether verification has previously been completed. Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active and its wagering requirements remain unmet may be declined or may result in forfeiture of the unmet bonus balance, depending on the applicable promotional terms.

• bajilav does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Currency conversion is not applied; all transactions are processed in BDT from end to end.
• bajilav is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking holidays, or technical outages outside our control.
• Deposits that cannot be credited due to technical failure will be refunded to the originating account within 3 business days of the reported issue.

bajilav applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring to all financial transactions. Unusual deposit patterns — including rapid cycling of deposits and withdrawals, structured deposits designed to stay below verification thresholds, or transactions inconsistent with stated player income — may trigger an enhanced due diligence review. During such a review, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended.

bajilav offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and constitute an extension of these Terms & Conditions.

All bonus amounts credited to your bajilav account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry window for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus conditions apply across all bajilav promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and form part of the bonus balance, separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and bonuses voided.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the standard wagering requirement unless the promotional terms specify otherwise.

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity conducted by a third party who has accessed your account with or without your authorisation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajilav:

• Registering more than one account for personal use or on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or tournament format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings obtained through a known technical error will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajilav staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer any software, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to operate your account.

Breach of any prohibition listed above constitutes a material violation of these Terms & Conditions. bajilav reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation, to void all pending bets and bonus balances, and to withhold any funds whose origin is connected to the prohibited conduct pending investigation.

All content on the bajilav platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and underlying software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajilav or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajilav platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, frame, create derivative works from, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the bajilav platform without express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party software studios — including slot titles, live dealer streams, crash game mechanics, and fishing game assets — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. bajilav's licence to present that content to players does not transfer any ownership rights to those players.

bajilav provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajilav disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bajilav does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, third-party payment provider disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. bajilav will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bajilav's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bajilav is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from compromised login credentials.
• bajilav is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, wagering requirements, or promotional terms.
• bajilav is not liable for taxation obligations that arise from a player's winnings — players are solely responsible for any applicable tax reporting and payment obligations in their jurisdiction.
• bajilav is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of bajilav's services, you should first contact the support team at support@bajilav with a detailed written description of the issue. bajilav will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. bajilav's decision on complaints relating to game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus eligibility is final where the underlying game data confirms the recorded result.
