Deposit Limits

Time-Out

Self-Exclusion

Marketing Opt-Out

Withdraw from all promotional communications — bonus offers, tournament alerts, seasonal promotions — at any time via your account settings or by emailing support@bajilav. Opting out does not affect your ability to play normally.

Under Account Settings, select "Time-Out". Choose your preferred duration: 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. The time-out activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Email support@bajilav with subject "Self-Exclusion Request" to begin the process. Specify whether you want a 6-month, 12-month, or permanent exclusion. Your account will be suspended within 24 hours of your request.

Set a Session Time Limit

In your account settings, use "Session Reminder" to set a maximum daily play duration. Once the session limit is reached, you will receive a prompt to stop. You may log out manually at any point.
